Cathy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation in addition to her roles as a facilitator and change management consultant. Her focus is on driving the performance of organizational leaders. She is a Northwestern University trained Leadership coach who brings a unique style to her practice with her authentic and compassionate nature and her proficiency at viewing people and organizations holistically.

She founded CDL Business Consulting in 2010 utilizing based on years of managerial experience leading and coaching managers with expertise in finance, information technology, strategy, human resources, and operations. Cathy held a variety of leadership roles at AT&T in addition to executive roles in several non-profit organizations.

For the past twelve years, CDL Business Consulting has provided consulting and coaching services for organizations and their leaders. Cathy founded the Chicago Chapter of the COO Forum, a global association providing professional development to second-in-command executives. She has facilitated over 100 meetings of operational executives.

In 2022, Cathy joined Chief, a membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. Chief has over 3,000 members and is headquartered in New York City with additional offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco. Cathy’s role as a Chief Guide is to support the members in personal transformation, as well as provide one-on-one executive coaching for C-Suite, senior executives, and accomplished Vice Presidents who want to strengthen their leadership and magnify their influence.

Cathy serves in a leadership capacity for non-profits organizations. She currently is a board member of World Chicago, a non-profit organization that hosts U.S. Department of State international exchange programs and promotes citizen diplomacy. World Chicago welcomes 800 emerging leaders from over 130 countries to Chicago each year to meet their peers and share best practices.

 She also serves as a mentor for the Leadership Circle of the Executives Club of Chicago.

Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Methods from the University of Illinois with an academic emphasis in statistics and information technology. She attended executive education programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the University of Michigan Business School.
