How does the program work?

The first module is a three-hour-live-virtual session beginning on November 7th, 2025.
During November and December, you will work through assessing your organization and developing your transformation framework.
Then, Modules 2 through 6 will be held beginning in January 2026. These will be 1-1/2 hour-live-virtual sessions with sessions bi-weekly lasting through March 2026.
At the conclusion of Module 6, you will be expected to present your capstone project for grading.
