One thing we learn from business is that change is a constant. Each new year brings challenges that the organization has to address. The need to improve people, products, services, and processes all require some level of change.
Often it is the executive operations leader who is responsible for successfully executing strategic-level change.

Learning Outcomes
Recall the 3 types of change and an executive’s role in each
Evaluate organizational readiness and identify gaps in skills and resources to achieve desired change with focus
Create metrics, intervals, and commitment indicators to measure progress and embed change
Demonstrate facilitation/coaching skills to address and overcome resistance and develop transition and upskilling plans
Construct and schedule a stakeholder- and target audience- focused communications plan
Participate in a customized individual coaching session to amplify your leadership skills
Receive project feedback for work deliverables throughout the duration of the program from the executive coach
Program format:
6 2-hour virtual sessions held from November 2024 to April 2025 (second Thursday each month)
Program pre-work: complete the change capacity assessment and DISC, if needed
Session pre-work: make progress on self-assigned homework
Each session will have a teaching component, personal reflection, and facilitated peer discussion. Participants will create their own action list at the end of each session as “homework.”
Course content will be created based on direct feedback from COO Forum members and enrolled participants.
Each participant receives a 1-hour coaching session with Stefanie, scheduled sometime between registration and end of program. As their coach, Stefanie is also available to them for project feedback and 15-minute coaching sessions as needed throughout the duration of the program.
